PERSON-CENTERED CARE: CLIENT-FOCUSED TREATMENT & RECOVERY
This course provides you with a comprehensive understanding of person-centered care by identifying its elements and their relationship to recovery; distinguishing the elements and collaborative efforts needed for client goal setting; supporting methods to facilitate communication for and with clients; and recognizing the roles clinicians may provide to clients during the goal-setting process.

- Identify the definitions and elements of person-centered care, along with its relationship with recovery
- Distinguish the elements and collaborative efforts needed for client goal setting
- Recognize the supportive roles clinicians provide to clients during the goal-setting process
- Evaluate supportive methods to facilitate communication for and with clients
COURSE FORMAT: This course is a recorded, asynchronous, self-paced, online interactive training, with no access time limit or due date to complete it once enrolled. In addition to the record presentation, additional resources and handouts are made available inside the course.
