System Requirements

This interactive asynchronous course takes place in the academy’s LMS (learning management system), where registrants will receive access 24-48 hours after registration.

A stable, broadband connection is required. It can be completed on stable versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge (Chrome is highly recommended). JavaScript and Cookies must be enabled.

It is also available in the Safari mobile browser on Apple devices, the Google Chrome mobile browser on Android devices, and the academy’s LMS app (Litmos), which can be downloaded using the QR code on the learning portal’s homepage.

Recommended Network and Bandwidth: Home Wi-Fi, Ethernet, or public Wi-Fi with a VPN (Note: Some corporate networks are often equipped with restrictive firewalls that may adversely impact your experience on our platform).  A minimum download speed of> 20 Mbps and a minimum upload speed of> 6 Mbps are recommended.
