Refunds & Cancellations
We understand that things happen. If you made a purchase in error, as long as you haven't yet logged in to the learning portal, you may receive a refund. However, please note that because we are charged fees for credit card usage, your refund will be the full amount minus 5% to cover the fees we incurred during the transaction.
To avoid the fees, you may receive a refund as a "credit" on your account for future use.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at academy@deerpathintegrated.com.
