COMMUNITY-BASED RESIDENTIAL FACILITY ORIENTATION
The rules for CBRFs are outlined in state statutes and, more specifically, defined in the Wisconsin Administrative Code. After this course, you will understand the basics of a CBRF, the roles and duties of a caregiver, person-centered care, information regarding resident changes in condition, and more.

AUDIENCE: Assisted Living Staff, House Managers, Administrators
OBJECTIVES:
- Understand the basic information related to community-based residential facilities
- Distinguish what is required of CBRF team members
- Identify CBRF regulatory requirements and procedures
- Recognize changes in conditions and appropriate responses to these changes
COURSE FORMAT: This course is a recorded, asynchronous, self-paced, online interactive training, with no access time limit or due date to complete it once enrolled. In addition to the record presentation, additional resources and handouts are made available inside the course.
