Instructions for Purchases and Registration

When choosing courses and checking out, you must use the learner's name and email address before you add the course to your account. If you are a company purchasing courses for your employees, each employee will need a unique email address to register. Click here to view a sample image of the checkout process.  Including the company name is optional; however, it is important if you use our Team feature for your organization.

About Our Online Courses

Our courses are asynchronous, self-paced training. Once enrolled, the learner has six months to complete the course before it expires. The online and interactive courses consist of recorded presentations and written materials.

Once you place your order, you will receive an email with instructions on setting up your portal within 24-48 business hours.

ALL COURSES INCLUDE A CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION THAT IS PRINTABLE UPON COMPLETION.

Refunds and Cancellations

If you accidentally purchased a course or decide you no longer wish to complete it, as long as the course has not been started, the customer is eligible for a full refund equal to the amount paid (minus payment system processing fees), no questions asked, within 24 hours of completed enrollment.  If you want to avoid paying the processing fees, you may receive the full amount paid as a credit on your account for future use.  Please email us for a refund or cancellation request.

Course Completion Requirements

Once you have completed the course material, including scoring at least 80% on the exam, you must complete the Course Survey before you can download your certificate of completion. Certificates are automatically generated and can be downloaded from your Dashboard under the Achievements tab.

• Recommended Devices: Desktop, Laptop, or Tablet computer. Note: Our mobile-responsive platform may be fully accessed from a connected smartphone.
• Suggested Browsers: Updated version of Google Chrome
• Recommended speed/bandwidth: Minimum download speed > 20Mbps and minimum upload speed > 6Mbps.

Use of Materials

Deer Path Academy retains ownership rights to the course exams and website material.  The courses contain proprietary material. No visitor or learner is allowed to remove proprietary information or copy any of the material without the written consent of Deer Path Academy. Users may not sell, rent, lend, or transfer the course exams or answers to another party. Since users are responsible for all tests submitted, each user agrees that all such coursework shall contain their own original responses to test or evaluation questions.
