Service Planning Review

This continuing education course provides a review on the following information: why service plans are necessary, what needs to be included, required categories, and how to read and review a service plan.  The course also briefly touches on behavior support plans.  It is also important to keep in mind that not all service plans are alike.  You will learn that a service plan can be a valuable tool is used the way it is designed in order to achieve the goals to provide independence, self-esteem, and choice for each resident.
