Why do individuals intentionally injure themselves? It’s a common question from professionals in all specialties when they care for someone who has inflicted bodily injury on themselves, such as cutting, scratching, or burning themselves. This behavior often frustrates and frightens helping professionals, and they feel powerless to address it. This course will help you understand the concepts and how you can help.
